Shimla: The Chhaila-Solan road has been opened for all types of vehicles to facilitate traders and farmers during the ongoing apple season, education minister Suresh Bhardwaj said on Tuesday.
Chairing a meeting of senior officers of various departments and Shimla district administration, Bhardwaj said following inspection, senior PWD officers had found the road suitable for plying of heavy vehicles as well.
