Shimla : ( HD News); Authorities have directed to inform that due to incessant rains, continuing hardships to litigants, lawyers, staff and Judicial officers, 11-07-2023 shall be a holiday for High Court and all Courts of District Judiciary in State of Himachal Pradesh.
Registrar General High Court of Himachal Pradesh further inform here today that In lieu of the holiday, any other non working day shall be declared in future as working day in High Court of Himachal Pradesh.

Ld District & Sessions Judges to bring the same to notice of General Public, litigants and Advocates through Bar Associations in the State of Himachal Pradesh .
In the District Judiciary matters, next date be notified, with liberty to mention earlier in case of urgency.
